     Our expert technician will arrive at your home or office to perform the tasks. After you purchase this service, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to set up an appointment for a technician to come to your home or office. (Price is for service only. Hardware is not included.)

     Technician will install 1 of the following: internal memory (RAM), internal/external CD/DVD drive or internal video/graphics card.

     Technician will also load the drivers onto your PC and ensure hardware is working properly.

     This service is operated on a cost recovering basis for personal computers owned by Dimension Media Services. Upgrades can be carried out on PCs only. If performance is being limited by insufficient memory or too small a hard disk, these and other deficiencies can be remedied for a cost well below that of a machine replacement. Wherever possible, only good quality, branded parts from well-known manufacturers are used, consistent with economic pricing.
