Incomplete projects, websites, etc - Dimension Media Services will at times make available to view the projects we are working on during the design process. We will sometimes send you sample graphics, concepts or a link to your website being designed before it is completed. These items MAY NOT be used, sampled, deconstructed or used in any way and are considered intellectual property of Dimension Media Services. This includes all concepts, graphics, code, techniques or designs. These projects, websites or materials may be intended to be used by you once completed and paid in full, but until that time, they belong to Dimension Media Services. We paid quite a bit of money to be totally legitimate for all business and tax purposes and we would hate to take any legal action against anyone using the likeness of our website, products, services or name without our express written permission of the owners of Dimension Media Services. PRICING
Prices listed on our website, flyers or catalogs are subject to change at any time, without notice. Pricing is subject to periodic change from what is listed. We have no control over this. We will honor any agreements made in writing by the owners of the company, provided that our costs have not changed. Sometimes we may need to adjust pricing based on market availability or at the discretion of the owners.
Pricing and availability subject to change without notice. All logos shown in product photos are for demonstration only. Your products will have your own custom imprint. Most pricing includes a one-color imprint.
FEES & SERVICE INFORMATION
In some cases, Dimension Media Services reserves the right to charge and invoice clients for tangible or intangible services including but not limited to: concept designs, consultations (by phone, email or in-person), product samples, etc.
COLLECTIONS
Dimension Media Services reserves the right to submit to a 3rd party collections agency any open accounts or invoices that have passed 60 days unpaid in full. If your account/invoice has been submitted to collections, all further questions about your account should be directed to the appropriate agency. At that time, Dimension Media Services no longer holds your account and will be unable to answer any questions you have about your order, service or invoice.
PURCHASE ORDER / INVOICE TERMS
Dimension Media Services shall furnish all of the products and services listed on this invoice as described within the specifications listed or otherwise furnished. The buyer agrees to the pricing listed and will provide payment to Dimension Media Services within the designated timeframe listed under "payment terms". Dimension Media Services reserves the right to collect payment for rendered products and services through a collections agency as governed by federal and state laws. The buyer agrees to payment terms and authorizes Dimension Media Services to begin production of the listed items. PURCHASE ORDER TERMS: Due to material cost fluctuations and other factors, prices are subject to change without notice. Other charges may include, but are not limited to: hosting costs, setup fees, additional 3rd party fees, screen charges, equipment charges, insurance, plate charges, additional color charges, tax, etc. Please review your order for these requirements. Quantity is based on shipping by small package carrier. Quantity may be different for truck shipment. Capacities & weights may be approximate for certain items. In the event of dropped-shipped items, all items are considered delivered when the shipper reports that there has been a delivery. In the case of electronic services, such as web design, etc. Delivery of your order is counted from the date your site becomes live or carrier indicates delivery.
